Change the battery as required at an additional cost Check Engine/Engine Controls- oil level, belts, hoses, clamps, unusual engine vibration, controls, gauges. Check Air Filter- not collapsed and free of debris. Check Ignition System- check brushes, check spark plugs and wires. Remove Debris- from inside and around unit. Check Generator/Generator Controls- wiring, bearing, voltage, hertz and power whip. Check Gas Supply/System- regulator, piping and visual damage to the piping. Check Exhaust- piping and muffler. Check Transfer Switch- voltage, check exercise timer, transfer the load and test voltage. Annual Service Change Oil and Oil Filter, as required by manufacturer’s specification. 1 oil and filter change will be included in the maintenance package. Change Fuel Filter, as required by manufacturer’s specification. Check DC System- float voltage, battery charger, load test battery, check battery terminals, check battery water level. Change the battery as required, at an additional cost. Check Engine/Engine Controls- oil level, belts, hoses, clamps, unusual engine vibration, controls, gauges. Maintenance Service performed during the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday thru Friday This service is to make sure your Generac/Siemens generator operates to its fullest potential with the least amount of down time. All service will be completed according to manufacturer specifications. Benefits of Renk Electric Inc Generator Maintenance Service Agreement If you need service outside of the Generac Warranty; the hourly rate is currently $95.00 per hour without a signed Renk Electric Inc Generator Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement. If you have a signed Renk Electric Inc Generator Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement the hourly rate is currently $85.00 per hour. Before we make any visits for warranty work we require a valid credit card number to be on file to cover any non-warranty issues. REV. 9/11
